Danny is an ambitious and creative chef with a passion for flavour and fresh ingredients. His interest in cooking began at a young age when Danny watched his father reach the finals on MasterChef 1993. Watching his father’s passion for cooking inspired him to spend time in the kitchen, learning culinary techniques and sampling new flavours.
Food provenance is very important to Danny therefore he works closely with his suppliers to source ingredients from local farmers and greengrocers, with the aim not only to use the freshest ingredients, but to also have a positive effect on the local community.
